Ram and Sita


The prince and princess of the gods who do not like to be apart from one another, this MTH offering is two drinks: Ram is large and mildly spicy, made from warm almond milk, maple syrup, turmeric, cinnamon and ginger. Sita is small and sweet, a shot of blended yoghurt and mango. This dynamic duo will be an experience to sooth the senses and brighten your day!

Pu-erh Teas

Pu-erh Blood Orange (Fair Trade)


The flavor and aroma of blood orange and grapefruit are perfectly balanced with rich and soothing pu-erh. This is a great tea for a cold day.

Ancient Shaiqing Pu-erh


Saiqing means, “Sun dried.”  This tea combines multiple vintages of aged and fresh teas to yield a strong, brisk, slightly sweet and smoky tea.

Herbal Teas

Cinnamon bark tea


Tastes like bark (in a good way). Cinnamon bark, star anise and licorice root are tied together to form a truly unique herbal infusion.

Royal Chrysanthemum


Used in Chinese medicine for centuries to as a cooling (yin) tonic. The infusion is reminiscent of mint and honey.



White tea tied together with jasmine and amaranth blossoms.  Essence of blueberry and peach enhance the flavor.

Beach Flower


Hand tied green tea blended with lychee and cantaloupe essence. Delicious and beautiful.

Lotus Flower


A bright yellow infusion that tastes smooth and sweet. This tea has a calming effect.

Restful Blend


Chamomile, orange peel, licorice root, hibiscus, lemon grass, lavender, cardamom, fennel seed, stevia leaf and organic plum flavor.

Turkish Spice Mint


Peppermint, cinnamon, ginger root, cardamom, cloves, stevia leaf and vanilla essence.

Bergamot Sage


Sage tea is good for a sore throat, but most importantly this combination of sage and bergamot (the key flavoring in Earl Grey tea) is sublime.

Cinnamon Plum


Cinnamon, fair trade hibiscus, currants, licorice root and natural plum flavor. This tea is luxurious and warming without being overly sweet.

Turmeric Ginger


Ginger, orange peel, licorice root, lemongrass, turmeric and essential oil of lemon.  The combination of ginger and turmeric is known to improve stamina and circulation.

White Ginseng Detox


Shizandra berry, white ginseng, burdock root, rosehips, peppermint, licorice root, dandelion root and raspberry.  A great detox tea with a nice minty finish.

Fire Ginseng


An organic herbal blend of red ginseng, cinnamon, licorice root, black pepper, natural essential oils.  This herbal infusion is warming and energizing.

Green Teas

Tea Forest


Made from old growth tea trees in Southern Yunnan Province more than seven hundred years old. These “wild” trees produce a tea with a sweet, honey texture and an aftertaste of licorice.

Heaven's Lake


From Tian Hu Shan “Heavens” Lake Mountain in Fujian Province, China where tea has been cultivated for centuries. It has a slightly roasted nutty aroma and a clean flavor with touches of almond.



This famous Chinese tea from Zhejiang, Province is known for its rich, nutty and sweet flavor.  Dragonwell tea was granted “Imperial Tea” status by Emperor Kangxi during the Qing Dynasty.

Emerald Green


Also known as San Bei Xiang, which means “three cups fragrance” in reference to the practice of repeated steepings to bring out its unique aroma.  This tea from Northern Zhejiang Province, China is plucked in early spring. It has a unique pine aroma and a toasted nutty flavor.


Lincong Maofeng


This large leaf green tea from the southern Yunnan province of China is pan fried, rolled and then re-fired several times to achieve the correct shape and aroma. The smoky, floral, slightly vegetal flavor stays smooth even with long steepings.

Jasmine Pearl


Tender green tea leaves and buds are hand rolled and scented with fresh jasmine blossoms.



This Japanese twig tea is roasted to produce a woody chocolate aroma and a smooth taste. It’s gentle on the stomach and very low in caffeine.



This is the tea used in the Japanese Tea Ceremony. Green tea is ground into a powder and then whisked into hot water.  One serving of Matcha delivers the antioxidant value of more than 3 cups of common green tea.  It is also known for picking up your mood when you’re feeling down.



Hundreds of years ago Zen monks mixed green tea with brown rice stuck to the bottom of cauldrons.  Today roasted rice is blended with sencha to create a mild and warming toasty aroma.

Sencha 1st Flush


Light steamed from the first harvest of spring. This Japanese green tea has deep umami flavor, refreshing and brisk with a pleasant bitter-sweetness.

White Teas



Oothu White Tea is blended with pineapple and coconut to produce a sweet and succulent tea.

Oothu White (Fair Trade)


Not a traditional Chinese Bai Mudan, this bio-dynamically grown white tea is from the Oothu Estate in Southern India and has a rich flavor with notes of hazelnut and chocolate.

White Tea Rose Mélange (Fair Trade)


White tea is scented with jasmine and wild rose and blended with peppermint and lavender.  An abundance of rose petals make this tea beautiful as well as delicious.

Osmanthus Silver Needle


Silver Needle tea is scented with osthmanthus flowers to yield a nectar-sweet infusion with notes of apricot and honey.

Ancient Moonlight White (Fair Trade)


Made with minimal processing, the tealeaves are only lightly oxidized.  The flavor is surprisingly rich with notes honey and apricot. The finish is smooth and slightly vegetal.

Oolong Teas

Aged Oolong


A ten year old Oolong that has been aged and periodically roasted to create a wonder deep woody, smoky flavor. This is the tea version of a fine single malt scotch.

Wuyi Oolong


This is a classic Oolong from the Wuyi mountains of Fujian Province, China.  The flavor is sophisticated with hints of raisin and toasted almonds.  The delicate Smokey finish lingers long after the last sip.



In 1987 Japanese researchers discovered that fermenting tea in nitrogen instead of oxygen increases the level of aminobutyric acid (GABA) 5 to 10 times? GABA is a naturally occurring enzyme which acts as a calming and relaxing nutrient. But it’s not just a health drink, GABA also creates a wonderful flavor profile that suggests plums and cinnamon.

Dong Ding Oolong


This April 2009 batch of Dong Ding Oolong was grown on a small artisan farm in Taiwan.  The smooth floral flavor reveals itself over several steepings.

Golden Lilly Milk Oolong


Grown on a high elevation artisan farm in Taiwan, this March 2009 batch is sweet and buttery with a high crisp finish. The flavor mellows with subsequent steeping.

Oriental Beauty


Also known as Bai Hao Oolong, the name refers to the tender white buds that are picked along with the top two leaves. From Huang Shan Mountain in China, this tea is 60% oxidized and has an earthy aroma with floral flavors and lingering notes of berry.

Iron Goddess


Also known as Ti Kwan Yin, this Oolong is medium roasted with 40% oxidation. This batch from Fall 2009 is floral with a sweet finish. The flavor develops further with subsequent steepings to reveal honey and orchid notes.  Legend has it that this tea was revealed to a poor farmer by Goddess of Mercy  after he cleaned and repaired the temple that housed her Iron statue.

Bao Zhong Emerald


This Tea form Taiwan is processed with less oxidation to produce a fresh slightly vegetal flavor.

Rooibos Teas

Caramelized Pear


Rooibos, apple bits, and marigolds marigolds and natural flavors gives flavor notes of honey, caramel and fresh baked pear.

Chocolate Monkey


A decadent infusion of banana, rooibos and pink peppercorn blended with apple bits. It tastes as good as it sounds.

Sweet Dessert Delight


Rooibos is blended with cinnamon, anise pods, cacao nibs, coconut, safflowers and stevia leaf to create a decadent spicy and sweet infusion with no caffeine and no sugar.



Naturally caffeine-free with five times the antioxidants of green tea. This South African botanical creates a deep red infusion with a full body and a sweet finish. It tastes great hot or iced.

Black Teas

Mango Black (Fair Trade)


Assam Tea is blended with real mango. This tea has a nice mango aroma and aftertaste without feeling overly sweet. Makes an excellent iced tea.

Coconut Assam (Fair Trade)


This tea has a wonderful coconut aroma that doesn’t overwhelm the Tea.

Lemongrass Black (Fair Trade)


Dian Hong Orange Pekoe is cured with lemongrass for an interesting alternative to Earl Grey.

Wild Berry Black (Fair Trade)


Black Tea from Yunnan blended with real fruit to create succulent and bright refreshing tea.

Vanilla Rose Tea


Creamy and sweet with real vanilla.

Earl Grey Supreme (Fair Trade)


Keemum and Yunnan black teas are blended and then infused with oil from the Bergamot citrus fruit.

Nilgiri Blue Mountain Black (Fair Trade)


From the Blue Mountains of India, this tea has notes of orange and honeysuckle with a long smooth finish.

Ancient forest Black (Fair Trade)


A deep penetrating black tea harvested by Hmong villagers from 500-800 year old reclaimed tea trees in Southeast Asia.

Darjeeling 1st Flush (Fair Trade)


Considered by many to be the “champagne of tea” the teas of Darjeeling, India are truly unique to this region. This small production lot has medium astringency and a long lasting aftertaste with an aroma of peaches and Muscat grapes.

Golden Yunnan


Harvested from Yunnan’s ancient tea trees, this tea makes a deep infusion with peppery spice, chocolate and raisin. The finish is sweet and malty.
