In the coming months and years we’ll offer retreats to the places that we all dream about. Some retreats will be local, some regional, and some are international destinations. Every few months we will offer a retreat on our wish list of the most amazing places in the world, taught by some of our most sought after teachers. Members of Breathe are given the first opportunities to register because in most cases, these are exclusive packages and space is limited.
Seeing the world strengthens our relationship to it. It changes the way we see our own world around us. Our lives are our great work in progress and yoga retreats give us a chance to step back from being inside our busy lives to see it all in perspective, become healthier and more joyful, and apply what we learned to our lives after we come home.

Join Jennifer Prugh and Erika Abrahamian this December, as we retreat from the daily routine of our lives during one of the most chaotic and stress-filled times of the year, and steep in practice, silence, sangha, and nature.
Join Jennifer Prugh and Gary Kissiah for a yoga adventure of a lifetime to southern India! This trip combines visits to ancient temple complexes, the Aurobindo ashram, the fascinating city of Pondicherry, a wildlife preserve for elephants and historical sites including Muhabalipuram, a UNESCO world heritage site, that have played a significant part in shaping the tradition of yoga. The trip culminates with three days at a beautiful Marari Resort, an Ayervedic spa on the beaches of Kerala. Ayurveda is the ancient but still mainstream medical practice of India. You will have the opportunity to have a health assessment by an Ayurvedic practitioner and a variety of body therapies offered throughout each day you are there. Throughout the trip there will be a yoga practice each morning and a yoga philosophy lecture each evening. If you are a yoga practitioner your understanding of your practice will be radically deepened. Whether or not you practice yoga (and you don’t have to practice to come on this trip), you will return home profoundly inspired and rejuvenated.
