Imagine having the opportunity to go everywhere you ever wanted to go in the world, experience places you have dreamt of seeing, have the itinerary all taken of for you, do yoga with friends and meet friends who you’ll remain bonded to for years to come. This is the vision behind Breathe retreats.
In the coming months and years we’ll offer retreats to the places that we all dream about. Some retreats will be local, some regional, and some are international destinations. Every few months we will offer a retreat on our wish list of the most amazing places in the world, taught by some of our most sought after teachers. Members of Breathe are given the first opportunities to register because in most cases, these are exclusive packages and space is limited.
Seeing the world strengthens our relationship to it. It changes the way we see our own world around us. Our lives are our great work in progress and yoga retreats give us a chance to step back from being inside our busy lives to see it all in perspective, become healthier and more joyful, and apply what we learned to our lives after we come home.
Where do you want to go?
Teachers: Erika Abrahamian & Jennifer Prugh
Join us as we retreat from the daily routine of our lives, and steep in practice, sangha, and nature. Jennifer Prugh and Erika Abrahamian will lead daily mysore practice, two afternoon workshops, and facilitate deeper inner work that will put our practice in an even broader context. We will be nourished by local, wholesome, organic vegetarian food made lovingly by our Ayervedic chef, Jana Kilgore, and there will be ample time for hiking, resting by the pool, journaling, and sharing precious time together. This trip will both deepen your practice and be beautiful in every way! This retreat is appropriate for experienced and new ashtanga practitioners.
Christina Enneking and Jennifer Prugh invite you to a 14-day exploration in Malawi, Africa. Experience what it is to return to the roots of our ancestors, allow the music of the soul to bring cultures together, and be in service to others. Malawi, known as the “Warm Heart of Africa”, is the location of choice because of the warmth of the people and trusted hosts in-country.
