In the coming months and years we’ll offer retreats to the places that we all dream about. Some retreats will be local, some regional, and some are international destinations. Every few months we will offer a retreat on our wish list of the most amazing places in the world, taught by some of our most sought after teachers. Members of Breathe are given the first opportunities to register because in most cases, these are exclusive packages and space is limited.
Seeing the world strengthens our relationship to it. It changes the way we see our own world around us. Our lives are our great work in progress and yoga retreats give us a chance to step back from being inside our busy lives to see it all in perspective, become healthier and more joyful, and apply what we learned to our lives after we come home.

Christina Enneking and Jennifer Prugh invite you to a 14-day exploration in Malawi, Africa. Experience what it is to return to the roots of our ancestors, allow the music of the soul to bring cultures together, and be in service to others. Malawi, known as the “Warm Heart of Africa”, is the location of choice because of the warmth of the people and trusted hosts in-country.
Journey of Yoga: An Applied Exploration into the Art of Practice
Maps help get us where we want to go. In our yoga practice, as in life, a good map gives us the means to “enlighten the way,” in order to fully reap the benefits of our practice. This series of five workshops explores how yoga works by providing an overview of the scientific and philosophical maps inherent in the practice. In an engaging and accessible way, we’ll explore classical yoga, subtle body anatomy, Ayerveda, Chinese medicine, and western contributions woven into what is known as contemporary yoga. Our time on the mat will be devoted to applying all that we learn to intelligently evolve and inspire our practice.
Best taken together, although each workshop can be taken individually. Please bring a journal.
